Go to some other place, meet different people in different circumstances and perhaps you will discover different personality types and probably one that is more compatible with you.
Now having said that, let's view it from a different perspective. Women in general love flirting for flirting's sake more than guys do. Men will flirt because they are interested in a woman. Girls will flirt to see if they get an acceptance, to see if they are looking good and are impressive, even when they are not interested in a man. They will flirt with a person they are only keen on being friends with.
One solution to get better grip of these situations is to observe all the communication modes that a woman is using to communicate - Like by word of mouth, emotional, physical, mental, and sexual communications.
When a lady likes you she probably will communicate that she likes you through all of the communications means. When she is just playing around she will give you mixed communications. So when you realize a woman flirting with you, but she does not back up the flirting by showing you she likes you through ALL the communication channels - don't take the flirtation seriously.
